FAQ

Can we come with a baby?

Yes! We provide a crib, high chair, and anything else you need.

Is the place dog-friendly?

Normally no – but we have one special pet-friendly unit. Ask us!

Can I book for one night?

We usually have a 2-night minimum, but feel free to reach out and we’ll try to help.

Can we cook?

Yes – our kitchens are equipped with high-end cookware. Everything you need is here (except a potato masher – we’re working on it!).

Where can we park?

Bezalel Parking is closest. You can drop your stuff off at 2 Merkaz Baalei Melacha, then park at Carmel Market parking (10-min walk, 24h rate).

Is there a coffee machine?

Yes – with capsules in each unit. We also offer water bars and some units have soda.

We observe Shabbat – are you Shabbat-friendly?

Yes – we provide hot plates, water urns, and manual keys. We’ll also try to put you on a lower floor.

Is there a safe room?

Yes – each unit includes a Mamad that meets all Israeli safety regulations.
