Do not request such things on behalf of an individual or company if you are not authorized to make such a request on their behalf.
Secure Reservations
If you decide to make an online reservation on the site, you will be linked to a third-party reservation interface and booking engine (“Booking Engine”) operated by support@simpleprofit.it. The Hotel is interested in improving the site and may develop and offer new features and services. We track aggregate data about usage of the site for marketing purposes and to study, improve, and promote use of the site. In connection with these purposes, the Hotel may share aggregate data with third parties collectively and anonymously. Disclosure of aggregate data does not reveal personal information about specific site users in any way that identifies who they are or how to contact them.
Exceptions to the Privacy Policy
The Hotel has two exceptions to these limits on use of personal information: (1) The Hotel may monitor and, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required, disclose information to protect the safety, property, assets, and/or rights of the Hotel from unauthorized use or misuse of the site or anything found on the site. Use of Cookies
To enable features on the site, the Hotel may place one or more cookies in your browser. Cookies, among other things, speed navigation through our site, keep track of information so that you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit the site, and may provide you with customized content. A cookie is an internet mechanism composed of a small text file containing a unique identification number that permits a web server to send small pieces of information or text by means of your browser and place them on your computer’s hard drive for storage. This text permits the web server to know if you have previously visited the web page. Cookies by themselves cannot be used to find out the identity of any user.
We use cookies to collect and store aggregate data (such as the number of visitors) to help us see which pages are most popular among our users and to improve and update our content on our site. While you are browsing our site, you are providing us with information that does not reveal your personal identity – for example, what type of destination you are checking out. We use these aggregate data only as explained in this Privacy Policy. We do not connect aggregate data to any name, address, or other identifying information.
You may occasionally receive cookies from unrelated companies or organizations, to the extent they place advertising on our site or are linked to the site. These third-party cookies may collect information about you when you “click” on their advertising or content or link. This practice is standard in the internet industry. Because of the way in which the internet operates, we cannot control the collection of this information by these third parties, and these cookies are not subject to this Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy prohibits us from accepting users who are under the age of 18. The Hotel specifically requests that persons under the age of 18 not use this site or submit or post information to the site. Should the Hotel inadvertently acquire personal information or other data from users under the age of 18, the Hotel will not knowingly provide this data to any third party for any purpose whatsoever, and any subsequent disclosure would be due to the fact that the user under age 18 used the site and submitted personal information without solicitation by or permission from the Hotel.

Personal Information this Website Collects and Why We Collect It
This website collects and uses personal information for the following reasons:
Site visitation tracking
Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our pages, and to see their journey through the website. Although GA records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser, and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you, but Google does not grant us access to this. We consider Google to be a third-party data processor (see section below).
GA makes use of cookies, details of which can be found in Google’s developer guides. Our site uses the analytics.js implementation of GA. Disabling cookies on your internet browser will stop GA from tracking any part of your visit to pages within this website.
Disabling cookies on your internet browser will stop GA monitoring from tracking any part of your visit to pages within this website. In addition to Google Analytics, this site may collect information (held in the public domain) attributed to the IP address of the computer or device that is being used to access it.

Should you choose to add a comment to any posts that we have published on blog sites, the name and email address you enter with your comment will be saved to this website’s database, along with your computer’s IP address and the time and date that you submitted the comment. This information is only used to identify you as a contributor to the comment section of the respective blog post and is not passed on to any of the third-party data processors detailed below. Only your name and email address that you provided will appear on the public-facing website.
Your comment and its associated personal data will remain on this site until we see fit to either:
If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain parental consent before posting a comment on our blog.
Note: You should avoid entering personally identifiable information in the actual comment field of any blog post comments that you submit on this website.
Contact forms and email links
Should you choose to contact us using the contact form on our “Contact” page, none of the data that you supply will be stored on this website or passed to/be processed by any of the third-party data processors defined in the section below. Instead, the data will be collated into an email and sent to us over the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Our SMTP servers are protected by TLS (sometimes known as SSL), meaning that the email content is encrypted before being sent across the internet. The email content is then decrypted by our local computers and devices.
Email newsletter
If you choose to join our email newsletter, the email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to ActiveTrail, who provide us with email marketing services. We consider ActiveTrail to be a third-party data processor (see section below). The email address that you submit will not be stored within this website’s database or in any of our internal computer systems.
Your email address will remain within ActiveTrail’s database for as long as we continue to use ActiveTrail’s services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.

Third-Party Data Processors
We use a number of third parties to process personal data on our behalf. These third parties have been carefully chosen and all of them comply with the legislation set out in the section above.
Cookie Policy
This policy refers to the use of cookies and other technologies. The types of cookies we use are divided into three groups:
These cookies are essential for providing our services on our websites and applications. Without the use of these cookies, parts of our site will not function. For example, session cookies enable a consistent and optimal navigation experience for the user’s network speed and device selection.
These cookies collect information about your use of our sites and applications and allow us to improve the way the system works. For example, these cookies show us which pages are visited most frequently. They also help us identify any difficulties you have in accessing our services, so we can fix any issues. Additionally, these cookies allow us to see general usage patterns at an aggregate level.
We use these types of technologies to provide advertisements that are more relevant to your interests. This can be done through online advertisements based on your previous internet browsing activity. Cookies are attached to your browser, which will remember the sites you visited. When you visit sites that use the same advertising networks, you will be shown advertising based on what you have seen.
We may also use cookies and similar technologies to provide you with advertisements based on your geographic location, offers you can click on, and other similar interactions with our sites and applications.
Data Breaches
We will report any unlawful data breach of this website’s database or the databases of any of our third-party data processors to any and all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time in line with legislation and/or industry developments. We will not explicitly inform our clients or website users of these changes.
We recommend checking this page occasionally to keep track of any policy changes.
